Before registering, please take a moment to review the key details below to ensure a smooth retreat experience.

• All payments are non-refundable. The retainer of $500 to secure your spot is non-transferrable.
• Your spot is only confirmed once payment (deposit or full balance) is received.

• If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot one time to another person. The retainer of $500 used to secure your spot (if applicable) is non-transferrable.
• Transfers must be requested in writing at least 45 days (July 20th) before the retreat.
• You’ll be responsible for handling payment arrangements with your replacement.

• Accommodations, meals, and retreat activities as described in your package.
• Flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included.

• Please make sure your passport and travel documents are valid.
• Attendees are responsible for arranging their own flights and travel to the retreat location unless otherwise noted.
• To ensure you can travel with confidence, all attendees are encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers medical needs and trip interruptions.
• Participation in this retreat is voluntary. You release the organizers, facilitators, and venue from liability for any personal injury, property damage, or unforeseen loss during your participation.

• In the rare event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, political instability, or venue closure), participants will receive a credit toward a future retreat. Cash refunds will not be issued.
